About Me

Hello! My name is Brandon, and I'm an astronautical engineer in the US Space Force who is passionate about tutoring the next generation of scholars! I have 8+ years of tutoring experience in a range of subjects to include mathematics, computer programming, electrical engineering, and astronautical engineering.

My one-on-one tutoring provides personalized and dedicated instruction ensuring each student receives the tailored tutoring to allow them to excel while my group session tutoring provides convenience and collaboration for my students! Whichever session you prefer, I can accommodate!

Whichever location suits the student works for me! I can provide tutoring throughout Colorado Springs, CO in the comfort of your own home, public venues such as at coffee shops or libraries, or through Zoom.

My Journey

I began tutoring mathematics at Grossmont College in 2016, then mathematics and electrical engineering at San Diego State University in 2018. After graduating with my BS, I worked as a civilian engineer for the US Navy while waiting to begin active duty in the US Air Force. At just seven months into active duty, I transferred into the US Space Force and became a Guardian. At that moment, my dream came true!

I love tutoring because it always keeps me up on my math skills, but more importantly, I am able to watch my students grow and succeed in their studies. It means so much when students provide direct feedback saying how much they enjoy working with me. I've had many students mention they understand the material the best when paired with me as their tutor. Before I knew it, multiple students became regulars personally requesting me and booking up my entire schedule.

Mathematics is the universal language that connects us all, and though spoken languages vary across the globe, mathematics will be the same whether you’re across the globe or across the universe. My philosophy is once you have a deep understanding of math, you have the power to understand any subject.
